Direito de livre resolução
Changing your mind, and how not to lose the right
You have 14 days from the day you receive the parcel to withdraw from the contract, without giving any reason. This is a legal right, not a goodwill policy, and it sits on top of the 3-year guarantee.
The one thing that can cost you money is trying sandals on outdoors. The section below explains exactly where the line is, because with open footwear it is easy to cross by accident.

How long do I have, exactly?
Fourteen days, counted from the day you — or someone you nominated — take physical possession of the goods. If an order arrives in more than one parcel, the count starts from the last one.
You only have to notify us within those 14 days. You then have a further 14 days to send the goods back.
If we had failed to tell you about this right, the period would extend to 12 months. This page is that notice.
How am I allowed to try them on?
Indoors, on carpet, over a clean floor. You may handle the sandals as you would in a shop: put them on, walk a few steps, fasten and unfasten the straps, check whether the strap clears your instep.
What you may not do is wear them outside. The moment the outsole or the footbed shows outdoor wear — grit embedded in the tread, scuffing on the sole edge, dirt in the footbed — the pair can no longer be returned, because handling has gone beyond establishing the nature and characteristics of the goods.
Barefoot marks count. With open footwear this catches people out. A leather footbed picks up the shape and tone of a bare foot quickly. Marks left on the footbed by barefoot wear are evident signs of use, so try them with a thin sock or a clean bare foot on carpet, and decide within a few minutes rather than wearing them around the house all evening.
Care liquids. Softener and cleaner can be returned unopened. Once the seal is broken they cannot, for hygiene reasons.
How do I tell you?
Any unambiguous statement is enough — an email to support@artshoespt.mom, a phone call to +351 227633200, or the form below. You do not have to give a reason, and we will not ask for one.
We confirm receipt of your withdrawal in writing on the same or next working day, so you have a record of the date.

I hereby give notice that I withdraw from my contract of sale of the following goods:
___________________________________________
Ordered on / received on: _______________________
Name of consumer: _____________________________
Address of consumer: __________________________
Order reference: ______________________________
Signature (only if sent on paper): ______________
Date: ________________________________________
When and how do I get the money back?
Within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notice, using the same means of payment you used to pay. We may hold the refund until the goods are back with us, or until you show proof of dispatch, whichever comes first.
We refund the price of the goods plus the cost of the standard outbound shipping you paid. If you chose a more expensive delivery method, we refund the standard rate rather than the express one, as the law allows.
Return postage is yours to pay unless the item was faulty or we sent the wrong thing, in which case we cover it and arrange the collection.
If a pair comes back with evident signs of use beyond an indoor try-on, we may deduct an amount reflecting the loss in value. We tell you the amount and the reason before we deduct anything, with photographs, and you can ask for the pair back instead.
What if the problem is that they are faulty?
Then withdrawal is the wrong route and the guarantee is the right one — it lasts 3 years rather than 14 days, and the return costs nothing. Read about the legal guarantee.
